To use--and this is a very rough explanation--click the image once to see it big; right-click the big image (or click-and-hold if you're on a Mac); 'Save Image'; once it's saved to your desktop (or wherever you saved it to), stick it in your desktop pictures folder (which is located different places on different computers).
