wedding photos

What's a more public display of affection than a wedding?

The gentleman is my cousin; the pretty lady is my new cousin-in-law.

The ceremony was maybe 10 minutes, which was awesome. Weddings are usually chock full of all sorts of unnecessary fluff.

And the cake was tasty, which is really all you should ask of a cake.

Date: June 2008
Where/What: my cousin's wedding, North Carolina
Camera: Fuji S700
Aperture: f 3.5
ISO: 200

Thankful for: The people who actually work up the guts to get married!

the post image is a serious picture... and I mean that as a compliment... I can think of no way to improve it... it is exactly what it needs to be...

It is a great shot. And feels very close, especially with the extreme fuzziness of the greenery in the background. Seems like you are an official or near-official photographer here.

yikes... that should read "the FIRST image"... i don't even know what I was thinking when I wrote that...

"Post image" actually seemed natural enough to me. It's the image which constitutes the post proper. The other picture is smaller and clearly plays a supporting role rather than co-lead. It might even be thought of as part of the commentary that accompanies the "post image".

Excellent shot there, I tried to get one of these hands shots at the wedding I went to but failed miserably!
